MONTH-OF COORDINATION
The package is recommended for the couple that wishes to handle the decisions and bookings of all wedding vendors themselves, but wish to have an on-site expert who will ensure that all vendors and aspects of the wedding run smoothly. From managing the flow of the evening to ensuring all vendors are in the right place at the right time. Month of Coordination allows you to enjoy the wedding you planned without any worries or stress.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
before the Wedding
Creation of a comprehensive timeline from start of your wedding day until the last guest leaves
One in-depth, in-person consultation 4-6 weeks before your wedding day to go over all your details and create the wedding timeline and setup list.
Site visit with the couple (some decor recommendations can be made at this time)
Confirmation of vendors so nothing is left to chance
Available by phone or email to answer any and all wedding related questions before the big day
Designing the set up, floor plan diagram, and layout of the venue
Organizing all the items that were brought for the wedding event and outlining how each will be displayed and who they will go home with
On the Wedding
Act as command central for the entire day managing all vendors as needed (We will be the first vendor to arrive and last to leave!)
Ensure vendors have arrived on time, set up and are ready to go when needed
Vendor assistance and direction with a load-in and break down
Set up of special event decor items including favors, escort card, placing menus, guest book, etc.)
Crisis prevention and/or management
Work with venue to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception
Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception
Make certain that photographer, DJ and other staff breaks for a meal at the best time
Ensure gift and envelopes are turned in to your trusted family or friend at the end of the evening
Additional Services
Assistant Day of Wedding coordinators are required for select venues, larger weddings (150 or more) and multiple location weddings, and we will be billed at $300 for each additional assistant needed.
Wedding rehearsal the night before, with the wedding party, can be added for an additional $300
